Watts grew up singing in Victoria by-the-Sea, her childhood home. In fact, she loved it enough to write about it and name her first, award-winning song. Since then she has written and performed many at concerts and benefits. Watts has performed backup vocals on several CDs. One of her greatest honours was being one of four Islanders invited to perform at a Summerside Lobster Festival Concert emceed by Valdy, one of her all-time singer-songwriters.

Patkai is a member of Treble with Girls. She also stars as Loretta Lynn with the Lady Singers of our Century. Patkai has written numerous songs which are included on her two recordings. She has been invited to sing with Carol Baker at the Manse in Marshfield and also performs on the Northumberland Car Ferry.

Patkai and Watts performed this past summer at the Gospel Concert at St. Andrews Chapel.

Doors for the fundraising ceilidh open at 6:30 p.m. The church is wheelchair accessible and has plenty of parking. Tickets available at the door.
