BONSHAW, P.E.I. — The monthly Bonshaw Ceilidh at the Bonshaw Hall on Sunday, Feb. 23, will feature fiddler and singer Megan Pollard with guitarist and singer Stephanie Ross of the Ross Family.
The ceilidh runs 2-4 p.m. with other special guest musicians The Jolene Willis Family Trio and Karen Graves (of Atlantic String Machine) plus local regulars Tony the Troubador, Phil Pineau, and/or Herb MacDonald.
The step dancer for the program will be Nicole Watts, who is 14 years old and has been dancing for 11 years at competitions, concerts and ceilidhs.
Admission is by donation with proceeds going to the P.E.I. chapter of Crohn's and Colitis.
All ages are welcome, and the ball is accessible for small wheelchairs.
There will be homemade cookies and tea, a 50/50 draw, and open stage time.
Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is the only national, volunteer-based charity focused on finding the cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the lives of children and adults affected by these diseases.
