Snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts from across P.E.I. and beyond are invited to participate in the 27th annual Snowmobile and ATV Poker Run on Sunday, Feb. 17, in Tignish (storm date: Feb. 24).
This annual event raises much-needed funds for Kidney Foundation of Canada, Atlantic branch, and is held in memory of Donald Gaudet, Jr., who died of complications of kidney disease.
Registration for the event isat the Tignish Legion from noon to 1 p.m., and the cost to participate is $15 per person. The poker run begins at 1 p.m. All participants are invited to go to the Tignish Legion at 3:45 p.m. to enjoy a variety of chowders, soups and rolls, followed by the presentation of prizes.
