Joyce Gaudet of Charlottetown was out shovelling snow from her driveway on Goodwill Avenue on Thursday.
Gaudet said the shovelling was just a warm-up to some stationary cycling.
P.E.I. saw some snowfall Wednesday night into early Thursday morning, enough to put schools on a one-hour delay in the morning and close the Westisle family of schools for the day.
There were variable road conditions that included many rough ice patches and deep puddles of water on roads that made driving treacherous.
Environment Canada ended its snowfall warnings as of 4:30 a.m. Thursday.
