Newcomers to Charlottetown can tour fire, police departments Nov. 22

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Charlottetown’s final newcomer orientation session includes a tour of the city’s fire, police, human resources, planning and parks and recreation departments.

The session takes place Wednesday, Nov. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m. at city hall, and presents an opportunity for newcomers to learn more about services available and ask any questions.

The newcomer orientation sessions are free and open to newcomers who have recently moved to or work in Charlottetown. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Light refreshments will be provided.
