Archdeacon John Clarke and Riley McGill took part in the Bells of Remembrance initiative at St. Paul's Anglican Church on Sunday, Nov. 11.
The occasion marked the 100th anniversary since church bells across Europe and Canada rang out an announcement that the First World War had ended.
Bells were rung 100 times at many Island churches this past Sunday evening as part of this commemoration.
