Saigon Pho, located at 150 Heather Moyse Drive, serves a combination of complex and simple Vietnamese dishes amid an ambiance of hominess, friendship and warmth.

Manager Aimee Huynh said, “We came to Canada about five years ago from Vietnam and decided to live in Summerside. My mother has a passion to cook and she wanted to keep the tradition of Vietnamese cuisine going, so we decided to open a seasonal restaurant in Spinnakers' Landing.”

The family of four previously operated a successful restaurant in Vietnam.

“We will see what happens this summer because there’s going to be a lot of tourists, and if we are successful, then we may expand,” continued Huynh. “But I hope people from all over the world come and try our food.”

The restaurant serves a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as noodle soups, rice dishes, stir-fry vegetables, vermicelli, spring rolls, wontons, pork skewers, salad rolls and wonton soup.

Saigon Pho is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
