SYDNEY, N.S. — The promotional products and apparel division of Inglis Print and Promo has been acquired by City Print +.

The transaction was announced in a press release from both companies on Monday and will see City Print + expand its sale of promotional products and corporate apparel.

“Our team has a lot of respect for Bob Inglis, his family, and the business they’ve built,” said Danielle Johnston, general manager, of City Print +, in a press release.

“We appreciate the value that Bob brings to his clients and are looking forward to working with him through this transition to ensure his clients experience the same quality service and competitive pricing that he has provided over the past decade.”

Inglis said transitioning their promotional products and apparel division to City Print + is a good fit because the company is long-established, locally owned and operated and shares their value and commitment to customers.

“In short, we trust our clients will be in good hands,” Inglis said, in a press release. “My wife, Nancy, and I extend sincere thanks to our clients and will be focusing on our print business.”
