A popular pizza restaurant has taken the leap into the quick-service  industry.

Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca, founded by Brian and Kate Vallis in St. John’s, N.L. in 2010, has grown expanded over the past 8 years with locations in Charlottetown, Cavendish Halifax and Moncton.

Known for its adherence to the authentic Neapolitan pizza-making process, the VPN certified pizzerias are the only restaurants to hold this certification in Atlantic Canada.

The Vallis family saw a demand for high-quality, quick-service food and decided P.E.I. was the perfect place to launch the new brand Piatto Pronto.

Piatto Pronto offers stone-fired pizzeria that allows the customer to create their own Neapolitan-style pizza from scratch on every visit.

There are hundreds of different flavour combinations available, and all pizzas are then cooked in the authentic Italian stone-fired gas oven designed for Pronto in Naples, Italy.

The restaurant is equipped with dine-in or take away options, and even features a few selfie walls to have a bit of photo fun while customers wait for their pizza creations.

Piatto Pronto is located at 15 Milky Way off the North River Causeway.
