CORNWALL, P.E.I. — Pizza Delight in Cornwall is changing hands.
Satya and Shanta Tripathi have purchased the establishment from Paul Llewelyn, who has owned and operated the restaurant since 2011.
Pizza Delight, which first opened its doors in Cornwall in 2004, has become a staple in this community,
Extensive renovations took place in 2016, giving the restaurant a fresh, modern atmosphere with seating for 80 people.
Shanta and Satya, along with their daughter Tanya, live in Cornwall and are excited to be a part of the growing community. The couple bring a wealth of knowledge in the food and beverage industry after working in restaurants in Canada, U.S., Dubai and India.
“We are thrilled with this opportunity and can’t wait to apply our industry knowledge to take this business to the next level,” said Shanta.
Paul said Satya and Shanta “bring a lot of experience to the table and I am certain customers will be pleased with the level of service and quality of food that will continue to be offered at Pizza Delight in Cornwall.’’
Satya and Shanta’s ownership of Pizza Delight Cornwall was effective Aug. 1.
