CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - The Prince County Warriors brought the offence in a 12-2 thrashing of the Mid-Isle Matrix in P.E.I. Bantam AAA Hockey League action Tuesday in Cornwall.
Sam Hackett tallied a hat trick and an assist, while Zach Biggar (2-3), Carson Wood (2-1), Frederick Morency (1-2), Garrett Culleton (1-1), Colby MacDonald (1-1), Liam Greenan and Max Chisholm added the other scores.
Kyle Mason and Carson MacKay had the Mid-Isle goals.
Aiden Williams earned the goaltending win over Ty Arsenault.
Prince County outshot Mid-Isle 50-22 and went 3-for-4 on the power play. Mid-Isle was 2-for-3 with the extra man.
Prince County led 4-1 after the first intermission and 10-1 at the second break.
