Freddie was second for driver Marc Campbell while newcomer Kennel Buddy with third for driver David Dowling.
Front-end tactics remained the norm as Likely To Win won the top pace in Race 12 for driver Corey MacPherson, trainer Melissa Rennie and Nova Scotia owners Blenise Young and Lester Campbell along with Jeffrey Campbell of Alberta. Time of the mile was 1:56.2 with Eagle Jolt (Driven by Campbell) second and Jeb (Jason Hughes) completing the $106 triactor.
