CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – The Holland College Hurricanes went 1-0-1 versus the Acadia Axewomen in recent exhibition collegiate women’s ringette action in Borden-Carelton.

Holland College won the first game 6-2 on goals by Sue Ellen McInnis (1-1), Sidney Corrigan (1-1), Alysha Corrigan (1-1), Brianne Curley, Olivia Gill and Christena Visser. Ayrna Rogers chipped in two assists.

The teams tied the second contest 4-4. Gill (1-1) Jade Corrigan (1-1), Visser and Page Blakely netted the Hurricanes markers.

Holland College recently won the university division at the Harbour City tournament in Dartmouth, N.S.
