Rain alters schedule at senior men's fast pitch nationals

There is a rain delay in place at the 2014 Canadian senior and master men's fast pitch taking place at Central Field Complex in Charlottetown.

The games that were interrupted by intense rainfall earlier today will resume play at 6:30 p.m. for Game No. 16 between the host Charlottetown Fawcetts and Nova Scotia's East Hants Mastodons (score at the time of suspension was 7-6 for the Fawcetts in the top of the sixth inning) and at 6:30 p.m. for Game #17 featuring Newfoundland and Labrador's Kelly's Pub and British Columbia's Sooke Loggers (score at the time of suspension was 6-0 for the Loggers in the third inning).

Games originally scheduled for the remainder of the evening will be played following the completion of the suspended games.
