It will also be a special game for defenceman Mike White, who made his Caps’ debut in Friday’s 6-4 road win over Miramichi. White, who joined the Caps after a deal with Amherst last week, was drafted in the first round, seventh overall, by Woodstock in 2013. He played a year and a half with Woodstock.
“They were the team that drafted me into this league, so every time I play them I bring my A game,” said White, who was the top defenceman in the New Brunswick/P.E.I. Major Midget Hockey League for the 2012-13 season.
