Rachel Colle tied it 26 seconds into the third period.
Megan Sullivan made 30 saves for the win while Sabrina Lebrun stopped 28 shots for Moncton.
UPEI improved to 3-2-0 while Moncton is 2-2-2. The Panthers host Mount Allison Sunday at 6 p.m.
