The Aces will host the Alberton Regals in Game 2 of the best-of-five semifinal series in the West Prince Senior Hockey League on Sunday. Puck drop at the Tignish Credit Union Arena is set for 7:30 p.m.
The Regals won the series opener 6-5 in overtime in Alberton on Wednesday. The winning goal came on a power play right after the Regals successfully killed a penalty.
If the opening game is any indication, this is shaping up as a very entertaining series for fans.
Aces forward Jordan Knox and Regals forward Logan Smallman are coming off outstanding playoff openers, and will be counted on heavily by their respective teams as the series moves to the much larger ice surface in Tignish. This will put more pressure on the defences of each club.

Game 1 featured plenty of hitting and sometimes chippy play along with a good scrap as both clubs have developed a good rivalry and dislike for one another.
In the only meeting this season in Tignish, the Aces pulled out a 5-3 win.
A huge crowd is expected, and the Aces could have Mitchell Morrissey and Alden Gaudet back in the lineup after missing Game 1.
