Razzy's junior C circuit begins this weekend

It’s puck drop time in the Razzy’s P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League again as the 2017-18 season begins Saturday on two fronts.

First, the Tignish Perry’s Construction Aces visit the defending champ Southside MacDonald’s Excavation EF MacPhee Lynx at 7:40 p.m. in Crapaud.

Then the North River Flames host the Summerside Cover All Construction Crunch at 7:50 p.m. at the APM Centre in Cornwall.

Sunday sees the the new Georgetown Clory Construction Eagles on the road in Tignish. Start time there is 6:30 p.m.

The six-team league also includes the Sherwood Metros. The Belfast Sabres took a leave of absence for the new season.

On Monday, Georgetown faces Sherwood at 8:25 p.m. at Cody Banks Arena.
