MONCTON, N.B. – Jeremy McKenna of Summerside scored his ninth goal of the season on Sunday afternoon.
McKenna’s short-handed tally at 14:16 of the second period brought the Moncton Wildcats to within 5-2 of the Shawinigan Cataractes, who went on to win the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League game 7-4.
McKenna’s season totals read nine goals, 11 assists and 20 points in 14 games.
