SYDNEY, N.S. – Moncton Wildcats forward Jeremy McKenna of Summerside continued his hot streak this week.

 

McKenna scored two goals  as the Wildcats dropped a 4-3 overtime decision to the Halifax Mooseheads before 3,499 fans at the Moncton Coliseum on Tuesday night.
Wednesday, McKenna had a goal and an assist in an 8-2 road loss to the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
McKenna, who has 47 points – 22 goals and 25 assists – in 40 regular-season games. He has six goals and five assists for 11 points in his last five games.

Also on Wednesday night, Rimouski Oceanic forward Carson MacKinnon of Summerside scored his seventh goal of the campaign in a 6-1 road victory over the Saint John Sea Dogs.
MacKinnon has 16 points in 37 games this season.
