QUEBEC CITY – Forward Carson MacKinnon of Summerside earned two assists as the Rimouski Oceanic topped the host Quebec Remparts 6-2 in a Quebec Major Junior Hockey League game on Saturday.

MacKinnon set up the Oceanic’s final two goals in the third period. Both were scored by Olivier Garneau, with the first one on the power play at 17:19 and the second one a short-handed effort at 18:46.
MacKinnon, an assistant captain, is in his fourth season with the Oceanic.
