CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Former NHLers took to the ice in Charlottetown Thursday night for a fundraiser.
The Lions NHL Legends Classic took place at the Eastlink Centre. The legends roster included Ray Bourque, Gary Leeman, Al Iafrate, John Leclair, Chris Nilan and Darren Langdon. They played against the Battalion All-Stars.
It was one of two games held in Prince Edward Island with a similar game occurring in Summerside on Wednesday. The events raised funds for the P.E.I. Youth Diabetes Camp.
