CHARLOTTETOWN – A member of each team in the Razzy’s P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League final has been recognized with player-of-the-week honours.

Brayden Handrahan of the Tignish Perry’s Construction Aces took the offensive award, and James Duffy of the Sherwood-Parkdale Metros received top defensive honours.
Handrahan had six points in the first two games of the Island championship series versus the Metros. In Game 1, he had a goal and three assists, including setting up Dawson Sellick’s overtime winner. Handrahan also added a goal and an assist in a 6-3 loss in Game 2.
Handrahan was fourth in league regular-season scoring with 52 points.
Metros goaltender James Duffy had a strong game against the Aces in Game 2. He stopped 38 of 41 shots in playing a key role in the Metros knotting the series 1-1.
Duffy had a great regular season, and is continuing to play well in the playoffs with three wins in his first three post-season games.
The series was scheduled to resume at the Cody Banks Arena in Charlottetown on Thursday night, with Game 4 at the Tignish Credit Union Arena on Monday at 8 p.m.
