William Robinson scored a pair of goals and six other players managed singles as the Dartmouth Steele Subaru thumped the Kensington Wild 8-2 Thursday afternoon at the Atlantic major midget hockey championship in Lantz, N.S.
David Gagnon, Benjamin Roode, Matthew MacKay, Ben Allison, Jacob Quillan and Isaac Chapman also scored for Dartmouth.
Evan Gallant had a goal and an assist for the Wild while Chandler Wood had the other Kensington goal.
Caleb Coyle started in goal for the Wild and allowed two goals on 10 shots in the first period and two goals on nine shots in the second period before he was lifted for Chad Arsenault. Arsenault stopped the two shots he faced in the second and allowed four goals on 13 shots in the third period.
Stewart Bagnell allowed two goals on 29 shots in net for Dartmouth.
Kensington plays again tonight, facing off against Cole Harbour Wolfpack at 8 p.m.
