CHARLOTTETOWN – The Prince County Warriors dropped back-to-back games in the P.E.I. Major Bantam AAA Hockey League over the weekend.

The Eastern Express doubled the Warriors 6-3 on Friday night, and the first-place Central Attack outlasted Prince County 7-5 on Saturday afternoon.
The two losses dropped the O’Leary-based Warriors’ record to 9-9-2 (won-lost-tied).

Attack 7 Warriors 5
At Simmons Sport Centre in Charlottetown, Alex Graham (2-1), Josh Lund (2), Jamie Collins (1-1), Reid Vos and Tyler Worth scored for the Charlottetown-based Attack (14-5-2). Jacob Squires (3), Matt McQuaid (2) and John MacKinnon (2) had multiple-assist efforts.
Max Chisholm scored twice and added an assist while Zach Biggar added three assists to lead the Warriors’ offence. Donovan Arsenault, Jack Reilly and Liam Greenan netted single goals.
The Attack jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the opening period, but the Warriors answered back to narrow the gap to 4-3 at the end of two.
AJ Cooper earned the goaltending win.

Express 6 Warriors 3
At the O’Leary Community Sports Centre, the Express scored three unanswered third-period goals after falling behind 2-0 after the opening frame.
Avery Brown (2-1), Simon Hughes (2), Gabe Hartlen (1-1) and Carson Lund provided goals for the Pownal-based second-place Express (10-7-4). Jack Campbell was credited with three assists.
Arsenault, Chisholm and Carson Wood dented the twine for the Warriors.
Winning goaltender was Caleb Drake.
