CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Five players recorded two-point nights to lead the Sherwood Drug Mart Central Attack to a 6-2 victory over the Pownal Taco Boyz Red Devils Thursday in Prince Edward Island Midget AAA Hockey League action.
Braden Donnolly, Nicholas Brown, Matthew MacAulay and Dylan MacDonald each had a goal and an assist while Teddy Robbins picked up a pair of helpers in the victory at Cody Banks Arena.
Jake MacMillan and Joseph Hood also scored while Justin Richard, Connor Jones, Caden Kielly, Josh McKnight, Luke Dillon and Emmett Lyons each had an assist.
Lucas Parsons and Nick Steele scored for Pownal with assists going to Dawson Palmer, Keegan Mitchell, Sam Langille and Hunter Pauley-Smith.
Matthew Halliwell earned the win while Logan Birt was tagged with the loss.
The Attack held 2-1 and 3-2 period leads while improving to 10-16-1 while the Red Devils fall to 14-10-2.
It was a rematch of Sunday’s Spud final, which the Attack won 3-2.
