ABRAM-VILLAGE – The Alberton Regals scored 13 seconds into the game, and never looked back in spoiling the Wellington Flyers' season home opener.

The line combination of Cody Doucette (2-2), Jason Smallman (2-1) and Logan Smallman (1-2) caused difficulties for the Flyers as they combined for 10 points to pace the Regals. Steve Cormier also dented the twine while Tyson MacNeill, Kirk Ramsay, Trevor Kinch, Kenzie Horne and Ryan Corcoran chipped in with assists.
Logan Arsenault and Ben Johnson replied for the Flyers, with assists going to Craig Gallant (2), Matt Kelly and Todd MacDougall.
