Falcons fly to final in Quebec

QUEBEC CITY, QUE.- Luke Coughlin scored 1:35 into overtime Saturday as the Sherwood Falcons punched their ticket to the final of the Quebec International Peewee Hockey Tournament.

The Falcons, who are representing the Charlottetown Islanders at the tourney, defeated the Halifax Mooseheads 2-1 in Saturday’s semifinal.

Thatcher Hughes scored unassisted during regulation for the Falcons.

They will play the Connecticut Junior Rangers in the final at 1 p.m. Atlantic on Sunday.
