WELLINGTON, P.E.I. – The North River Flames have tied up their best-of-five Razzy’s P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League quarter-final with the Summerside Cover-All Construction Crunch.

Matt Craig had a goal and three helpers in leading the Flames to a 5-2 victory Tuesday at the Evangeline Rec Centre.

Keirsten Steele had two goals in the win while singles went to Logan Alyward and Blake Gallant. Alyward and Kurtis Green each had two assists while Gallant, Zack Wight and Spencer Beaton each contributed one.

Tristan Gallant and Remi Arsenault scored power-play goals for Summerside with assists going to Bret Cheverie and Cooper Phillips.

Ryan Clory earned the win while Connor Gallant took the loss.

North River, which also scored twice with the man advantage, held 2-0 and 3-1 period leads.

Game 3 of the series is Saturday at 7:50 p.m. APM Centre.
