MORELL, P.E.I. – The Morell Chevies defeated The Alley Stratford Athletics 6-5 Friday night behind the complete game pitching of Andrew O'Shea in Kings County Baseball League action.

O'Shea scattered nine hits while striking out five in the victory. Steve Collins took the loss, with relief from Corey Dougay.
The Chevies were led at the plate by Avery Arsenault, who was 4-for-4 with three runs. Scott Ellsworth and Troy Coffin each picked up two hits while Desi Doyle was 1-for-2 with two RBI.
Dougay had a pair of hits, including a two-run home run, to lead the A's, while Dan O'Shea stroked a double and triple.
