The Morell Chevies pushed across four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to break a scoreless tie and knocked off the Northside Brewers 4-0 in Kings County Baseball League action Wednesday in Morell.
The game was a pitcher's duel through the first five innings between Chevies starter Troy Coffin and the Brewer's Jason MacLean who matched each other pitch for pitch.
Morell got to reliever Jayden MacLean in the sixth as Taylor Larkin, Scott Harper and Logan Gallant had consecutive singles and all came around to score.

Coffin finished with a complete-game seven-hitter, striking out nine, for the win. MacLean pitched five innings of two-hit ball.
Jayden MacLean suffered the loss.
The Chevies lock horns with the Stratford A's on Sunday, at 4 p.m., in Morell.
