MORELL, P.E.I. – The Action Aero Expos defeated the Morell Chevies 3-2 Wednesday in Kings County Baseball League action.
Tyler Johnston recorded the complete-game victory, allowing two runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out two. Taylor Larkin took the loss, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks. He struck out nine while going the distance.
Damien Lalande was 2-for-4 with a single and a double to pace the Expos offence while Bret Cheverie was 1-for-4 with a double.
Scott Harper led the Chevies with two singles in four at-bats. Stephen O'Shea was 1-for-3 with a single.
