Rain and the risk of thundershowers has forced the cancellation of today's New Brunswick Senior Baseball League games.

That includes the Charlottetown Gaudet's Auto Body Islanders contest against the Hub City Brewers in Moncton, N.B., and the Moncton Mets tilt in Fredericton against the Royals.

It's the second straight day weather altered the schedule. On Tuesday, rain postponed Charlottetown's game versus the Moncton Mets.

The Islanders play a doubleheader against the Saint John Alpines on Saturday at Memorial Field in Charlottetown.

Start time for Game 1 is 2 p.m.
