The Guardian of July 11, page A-7 carried a photo of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau "inspecting the troops" in Latvia. It was unfortunate he did not include some of the Canadian troops that had just arrived in Latvia for this shot. The soldiers he is "inspecting" are French as is evident from the way they wear their berets. The French flag in the background is another give away.
It is distressing his PR team does not know the difference.
