The Supreme Court of Canada should have dismissed the lawsuit by Omar Khadr.

Khadr should have sued the United Nations not Canada over his detention and treatment. Afghanistan was a United Nations NATO led mission.

Justin Trudeau should have used Section 33 the Notwithstanding Clause and frozen the Supreme Court of Canada decision regarding Omar Khadr every five years for the rest of Khadr's life.
