I think the excuse for so many people using the same addresses under the PNP aren't justified. I think the reasons to investigate the
PNP for only a small handful of addresses being used are warranted. Police officers and border security have to act with proper conduct.
The province only making changes to the PNP after an investigation by border security speaks volumes.
