Trayton John-Preston (Knox) Acton

With broken hearts we announce the passing of Trayton John-Preston Acton (Knox), age 9 on September 14, 2018. The death occurred suddenly at the Belfast School while participating in the Terry Fox Run which he loved. Born in Charlottetown, he is the son of Tracy Knox (Ricky Myers) and Jeff Acton. Trayton is also survived by siblings Jaxon, Auston, Harlow, Deklon and Griffon; grandparents Preston and Muriel Knox, John and Mary Strickland, and Charlene and Paul Spitzel; great-grandmother Bernice Knox; aunts and uncles Sherrie (Mark) Shipley, Marsha (Wade MacDonald), Amanda Knox, Craig (Charlene) Bailey, Troy Bailey, Shawn (Lindsay) Munroe, Marty (Taylor) Munroe and Mitch (Christina) Munroe; cousins Kyla, Aaron, Justin, Stephanie, Nick, Nigel and Connor. He was predeceased by an loving uncle Joshua Knox and grandmother Wilma Strickland. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday September 19, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Belfast on September 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Belfast Cemetery.
