Peacefully at his home in Holland Cove, on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Paula (Burden) Nicholson. Loving father of Karen (Austin) Scales, Jeff, and Scott (Pam Toombs). Grandfather to Jason (Tasha), Jenna (Mark), Jasmine (Eric), Zach, Justin, and Naomi and great-grandfather to Isla. Survived by brother Ron Nicholson and sister-in-law Heather Allain. Predeceased by his parents John Ivan “Hickey” and Cora Nicholson, brothers Paul and Jamie, and sister-in-law Jan. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment in the Peoples Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or PEI Humane Society would be appreciated.
