Ada Perry

The death occurred at the Palliative Care Unit of the Community Hospital, O’Leary on Sunday September 23, 2018 surrounded by family of Ada Perry formerly of St. Louis aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Ben Perry. She was born in Center Line Road on August 15, 1924, the daughter of the late Maurice and Agnes (Veno) Myers. Cherished mother to (late Clifford Perry) Janet Doucette, St. Edward; Betty MacDonald (late George), Charlottetown; Shirley Perry (Sixtus), Summerside; Agnes Butler (Edward), Miminegash; Eric Perry (Mary), St. Louis; Peter Perry (Jane), Charlottetown; Sheila Hustler (Floyd), St. Louis; Keith Perry (Corinna), Alberton; Ben Perry (Karen), Dartmouth, NS and Kevin Perry (Arlene), St. Edward. Loving grandmother and great grandmother to 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 1 great- great granddaughter. She is survived by sisters Reenie Roberge, Ottawa and Julia Bell, Charlottetown as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by parents Maurice and Agnes, husband Ben, daughter Agnes Marie, son Harvey, granddaughter Alyssa, brothers and sisters Emma, Eddie, Johnny, Bobby, Henry, Eva, Leo, Wilfred and Fred. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road for visiting hours Tuesday 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2:30-3:30 p.m. Funeral will be held Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 4 p.m. Memorial donations to Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital would be greatly appreciated. Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
