Environment Canada today is predicting very different weather from yesterday, with sun and highs reaching around 13C.

For Thursday, however, it looks like rain overnight, then maybe flurries tomorrow afternoon as a bitingly cold, strong north wind blows in.

On P.E.I. today, early morning temperatures ranged from a high of 9.7 at East Point, to a low of 1.4 at North Cape.

The Confederation Bridge is open to all traffic today and flowing smoothly this morning.

All flights into and out of Charlottetown Airport are showing to be on time. 

WEATHER TODAY: 

    Sunny, but increasing cloudiness this afternoon.

    TEMPERATURE: Rising slowly but steadily to reach maybe 13 by mid afternoon.

    WIND: Southwest, gusting to 40 becoming southeast gusting to 50 this afternoon.
