Weather conditions cancel P.E.I. ferry crossings this evening

The ferry service between P.E.I. and N.S. has been cancelled until further notice.

Due to weather conditions on the Northumberland Strait, the 6:15 p.m. sailing from Wood Islands, P.E.I. and the 8 p.m. sailing from Caribou, N.S. has been cancelled.

There is also a gale warning out for the Northumberland Strait for Saturday, which may cause delays or cancellations.
