SUMMERSIDE – Kevin Lee Walsh, 26, of no fixed address, has pleaded guilty to three counts of theft of merchandise valued at less than $5,000.
The charges are from March 17, April 3 and April 7 and are all from retailers in Summerside.
Walsh was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail, 18 months of probation and must pay $300 in victim surcharges. He must also pay restitution for the items he stole.
