SUMMERISDE, P.E.I. – David Manh Tran, 50, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching a court undertaking, one count of assault and two counts of uttering a threat against two different people.
Tran was sentenced to 34 days in jail, but also received credit for 34 days he’d already spent in custody since his arrest. He must also serve 12 months of probation and pay $500 in victim surcharges.
