SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Aiden Mitchell Uytendaele, 24, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, and breaching court order by contacting people he had been ordered to have no contact with.

The charges are both from 2017, the first from June 16, in Mount Pleasant and the second from July 23 in Travellers Rest.

Uytendaele was sentenced to serve two and a half years in prison, must submit a DNA sample and is prohibited from owning weapons for 10 years. He must also pay $300 in victim surcharges.
