SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – James Keith Banks, 42, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to three criminal charges.
The charges include, assault, mischief for damaging a motor vehicle that did not belong to him and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Banks was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must remain on probation for 12 months and is prohibited from driving for six months. He must also pay a $300 victim surcharge.
