It will be a windy and rainy start to the first day of fall on Saturday.
An intense early-fall storm will cross central Quebec into Labrador on Saturday bringing rain and strong south to southwesterly winds to P.E.I., beginning overnight tonight and into Saturday morning.
At this time, winds are expected to remain below warning criteria but gusts may reach near 80 km/h, especially in the early morning hours on Saturday.
