SUMMERSIDE – Melvin Louis Gallant, of Summerside, pleaded guilty to breach of an undertaking when he appeared in provincial court in Summerside recently.

The charges resulted from an incident that occurred on March 18.

The 56-year-old man was fined $500 and must pay a $100 victim surcharge.
