Charlottetown council voted in favour of allowing three variances in order to allow for the construction of a 12-unit apartment building at 17 Capital Dr.

Council voted to decrease the average front yard setback from approximately 13.5 metres to 9.1 metres, and to decrease both the left and right minimum sideyard setbacks from 4.5 metres to 3.0 metres.
