On Saturday at close to midnight, West Prince RCMP got a call of a single-vehicle rollover accident on Route 2, the Western Road ,in Rosebank.
The accident happened very close to the West Prince Detachment headquarters building.
A black Ford F-150 was found on its roof in the ditch, but the driver was gone.
A witness said that a man, with a cut to his head left the scene in another vehicle.
The Ford pickup had allegedly been stolen from a nearby repair shop the same evening.
Police are asking for help from the public with tips about this incident, especially tips on the name of the driver who left the scene
