SUMMERSIDE – Mindy Mari O’Donnell, 33, of Vernon River has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit and dangerous driving.

The charges are from Sept. 14, 2017, in Borden-Carleton.

O’Donnell was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which she received permission to do intermittently. She must also serve 18 months of probation, is prohibited from driving for 12 months and must pay $200 in victim surcharges.
